A bespoke two-hour training session to help explore the issues around staff wellbeing, including:

  • Providing support and challenge around staff wellbeing.

  • Understanding the challenges facing school staff and the importance of staff well-being.

  • Recognising that low levels of staff wellbeing impact beyond the individuals; budgets, resources and attainment and progress data.

  • The importance of measuring levels of staff wellbeing and strategies for doing so.

  • The power of effective performance management.

  • Culture and Ethos. 

  • Accountability: Whose responsibility is the wellbeing of staff?

Strategic planning for improved staff wellbeing. Including;

  • Reviewing school effectiveness through the lens of staff wellbeing.

  • What are we good at? What could be better? How do we know?

  • Achieving consistency in practice. Why differentiation belongs in conversations about staff performance as well as in discussions about children’s learning.
